Terms of Service

Browsing is open to everyone. To create an account, submit an inquiry, publish an event or post content you must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, band or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

UNTZ is an information and discovery platform for the underground and electronic music scene in Israel and abroad: an events guide, a directory of artists, labels and vendors, a music and radio experience, and a channel for booking and publishing inquiries.

Unless an event page says otherwise, UNTZ is not the organiser, venue, promoter, ticket seller, booking agent or employer in any event, booking or engagement listed on the Site, and is not a party to any agreement between users, organisers, artists, vendors or attendees.

Event details (dates, locations, line-ups, prices, age limits) come from organisers and third-party sources and may change. Please confirm with the organiser before you travel or pay.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One account per person or organisation, unless we agree otherwise.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

The Site’s forms (artist booking, vendor inquiries, publish an event, join the Crew, carpool) must be filled in truthfully and not used for spam, misleading content or attempts to bypass our human-verification and rate-limiting protections.

Submitting a form is a request, not a binding order. UNTZ may review, edit, decline, pause or remove any submission or listing, and publication is never guaranteed. By submitting an inquiry you allow us to share its details with the artists, vendors or organisers it concerns, so they can reply to you. Any agreement, fee or schedule for a booking is made directly between you and them.

If you publish an event you confirm that you are entitled to publish it, that the information is accurate, that the event is lawful and holds the licences, permits and insurance the law requires (including for public gatherings, sound, safety, alcohol and age limits), and that you are responsible for it.

“Content” means anything you upload or send: profile text, photos, posters, logos, music links, event details and messages. You keep ownership of your Content.

You give UNTZ a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, adapt for layout (resize, crop), translate and promote your Content on the Site and in UNTZ’s social-media and messaging channels (for example event announcements), for as long as it is on the Site and for a reasonable time afterwards.

You confirm that you own the Content or have the right to use it (including music, images and the permission of anyone identifiable in it), and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law, including copyright, privacy, defamation and incitement laws. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that promotes the sale of illegal substances.

We may remove content at our discretion, for example after a complaint. To report content that infringes your rights, write to contact@untz.co.il with the link, the right infringed and your details; we will review it promptly and act as the law requires. People shown in a poster or photo may ask us to remove it.

Please don’t:

• scrape or harvest the Site or its data on a large scale, or overload it;
• bypass security, bot protection or rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities (report them to us instead);
• impersonate others or claim an affiliation you don’t have;
• send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the Site or contact details found on it;
• copy or resell the Site’s listings, radio programme or design;
• record, download or redistribute music streamed through the Site;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

Tickets are sold by organisers and ticketing platforms (sometimes inside a window on the Site). The sale is between you and them, and their terms, prices, fees and cancellation and refund rules apply. Questions about payment, cancellation or refunds go to them. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, such as under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

You attend events at your own risk and responsibility: follow the venue’s and organisers’ rules, the law and safety instructions, and don’t drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Age limits are set by organisers and the law; UNTZ does not verify attendees’ age.

Links, embedded players, maps and ticket windows come from third parties. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The music, previews and artwork shown or played on the Site (including UNTZ Radio, Discover, snippets and the music page) belong to the artists, labels and platforms that provide them (for example SoundCloud). The Site streams or links to them for discovery only and gives you no licence to download, record, copy or redistribute them. Previews are short excerpts. If you hold rights in something we show or play and want it changed or removed, write to us. Availability depends on third-party platforms and can change without notice.

The Site, its design, code, text, the UNTZ and UNTZ CREW names and logos, and its programmes belong to UNTZ or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site for its intended purposes. All other rights are reserved. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them freely and without payment.

We send service messages (account, inquiries, event reminders you asked for). Marketing messages, newsletters and push notifications are sent only with your clear prior consent, as the law requires (including section 30A of Israel’s Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982), and you can withdraw consent at any time through the message itself, the Site’s settings or the contact details below. Browser push notifications are switched on by you and can be switched off in your browser or device at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who receives it and your rights, including how we use cookies and similar technologies. It forms part of these Terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information on it (including events, line-ups, prices, artist and vendor details and user content) is accurate, complete or current. We don’t endorse any user, artist, vendor, organiser or event. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, UNTZ, its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of profit, income, data or goodwill, or for anything that arises between you and other users, organisers, artists, vendors, ticketing platforms or other third parties, or from events you attend. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid UNTZ for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim (or ₪500 if you paid nothing). None of this limits liability for intentional harm or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate UNTZ for reasonable losses, costs and legal fees arising from a third-party claim caused by your Content, your event or listing, or your breach of these Terms or the law. We will tell you about the claim promptly and cooperate reasonably.

You may stop using the Site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, remove content or decline a request if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law were breached, to protect the Site, users or third parties, or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should continue (the licence to content already shared, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law and disputes) survive termination.

We may update the Site and these Terms. For material changes we will publish the new version with a new date and, where the change affects your rights, give reasonable notice (for example on the Site or by email) before it takes effect. Using the Site after the effective date means you accept the update; if you don’t, please stop using the Site.

Israeli law governs these Terms and the Site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are for the competent courts in Israel. This does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory right or protection under the law of the place where they live. Before starting proceedings, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Site. If part of them is found invalid, the rest stays in force; if we don’t enforce a right straight away, it is not waived. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours (for example in a business transfer).

Notices to you can be given on the Site or to the email address you gave us, and electronic notices count as written. These Terms are published in Hebrew and English; if they differ, the Hebrew version prevails. The Site’s Accessibility Statement is available at /accessibility.
